Important information
Bookings and Payment
Full payment must be made at time of booking. EFTPOS is available. Visa and Mastercard accepted. Cheque payments require 7 days clearance. All prices quoted include GST. Bookings must be made by 4.30pm the day prior to departure. Bookings are essential, no walk ups permitted.
Equipment Bond
Thredbo and Perisher resorts require a cash bond of up to $400 or a credit card imprint to hire equipment.
Unaccompanied Minors (under 18 yrs)
Unaccompanied minors require parental or guardian authorisation. Forms are available from Soul Quest Travel office or online at the bottom of this page. Bookings not accepted without signed authorisation.
Snow Conditions
Soul Quest Travel takes no responsibility for snow conditions nor the condition or availability of ski hire equipment.
Timetable information
It is recommended that you be at the departure point 15 minutes prior to departure time, as the coach will be departing at the stated time. Perisher skiers, make sure you allow enough time to return to Bullocks Flat from the snowfields as the coach will depart at 4.30pm sharp. Trains depart Blue Cow Terminal at 3.40pm and Perisher Valley at 3.52pm.
Transport
Transport will be provided in luxury coaches. There is the possibility that a mini coach will be used under certain circumstances, at Soul Quest Travel’s discretion.
Cancellations and fees
7 days+ prior to departure - 10% fee
4-7 days prior to departure - 20% fee
1-3 days prior to departure - 50% fee
Less than 24 hours prior to departure - No refund

Snow Unaccompanied Minor
If you are under 18 years of age and travelling without an adult you are required to fill in one of the parent/guardian equipment hire forms. The form is required at the time of equipment hire. The forms can be obtained from the links below.
